it seens a long time after my last post of blogs…
Obviously, tis blog is all about my 2nd internship. I did my 2nd training at New York Hotel which situated at Johor Bahru, Johor Daul Takzim. Tis hotel is located at de Golden Triangle of city. It is a 3 Star business hotel. Almost everyweek de occupancy reach 90+%
I started my training on the last week of April and it last for 1month and 3 week which done on 15 of June. For tis internship, I mainly focus on de Front Office only becoz on my last training… (least experience on tis department…)
I did my training on de Reservation Department for my 1st week of training which last for one and a half week and then transfer to de Operator which last for one and a half week oso… Lastly, i been transfer to de Front Desk until de end of my training… in de middle i oso experienced as a night auditor for a week…
A lots of sweet memories, which happens and it all stored in my super computer which wil not b erase and last longer. I had gained a lot of experience during tis 1 month and 3 weeks of training… I had met a lot of different kind of face, attitude and etc…
de staff there, really really treat me very well and nice… they share a lot of tactics on handling fussy guest and told bout their experience in tis field… tis r list of my good frens in tis hotels… (Fiza, Azi, Laitee (Reservation), Kak Dilla, Kak Normah, Nas, Siti, Ann (Operator), Zana, ShaSha, Bell, Fauzy, Fendy, Emma, Elsie, Josie, Soyce, Hawa, Kak Ha, Faizul and others (FO Assistant & FO Supervisor), Kak Ida, Adam, Kak Ernie, Adrian (FO Duty Manager) and Mr Kumar de Front Office Manager… Sorry for those name who r not in de list shortage memory ya…
As a conclusion, throughout tis training I realised tat v ask a labour of tis industry should b more open minded and multi-lingual… so tat , v can easily met our guest expectation and oso for de future usage…
